The client have become acquainted with the portfolio of photographer Natalia Orlow - Or Love Photography and accepts the quality and her artistic method of processing photos. AFTER ACCEPTATION the photo will not ask for correction, color changes, retouching, etc.

After the session, the customer will receive access to the Mafelo application, where there will be raw photo thumbnails with a watermark, from which they will select a fixed number of photos. Then these pictures will be processed graphically.
The customer will be able to buy additional shots, media and other extras.

The client CANNOT receive the rest of the raw photos taken during the session. (not processed )

The client undertakes not to interfere in the photos provided to him (change colors, contrast, inscriptions, etc.)

The customer undertakes to publish in Internet only photos with the logo (Or Love Photography - Natalia Orlow) on the Internet or mention the author of the photos in the description.

If the customer agrees to the publication of photos on the Internet by Or Love Photography as part of the promotion of photographer Natalia Orlow in social media (website, Facebook, Instagram, 500px), will be asked to sign a separate agreement

Photographs taken during the session are the intellectual property of photographer Natalia Orlow and are protected by copyright. I do not allow the use of photos in competitions or reselling photos. Other provisions require a license agreement.

During the session it is PROHIBITED to TAKE PHOTOS with your own equipment (camera, telephone, tablet, etc.) without my permission and their publication.

I do not agree to the presence of people who are not participating in the session

Customers undertake to pay a non-returnable deposit of pin 100 or more , which is the only confirmation of booking the date of the session. 100zł - 500 zł (depending on the package selected ). The rest of the amount are obliged to pay on the day of the session.
IF YOU ARE NOT ARRIVING FOR A SESSION OR CANCELLATION OF THE SESSION, THE PAYMENT IS LOST.
In exceptional circumstances, I agree to postpone the session once, provided that the client informs me no later than 4 business days before the session.

Customers cover the cost of any repair of photographic equipment and items
which were destroyed by their fault during the session

The client accepts the processing time of photos - 15 working days, counted from the day of its selection in the Mafelo application. Express photo processing (5 working days) is possible, additionally payable + 50% of the selected package amount.
All depends on the package selected and the number of photos.
The deadline is for DIGITAL PROCESSING. It can be extended by the time needed to order additional options (albums, folios, prints on canvas, etc.) or in a situation that is not the fault of the photographer.
The estimated processing time for photos may be longer, e.g. if the session is taking place before the holiday. The customer will be informed about this in advance.
